Midwest Speedfest is back with our next marathon- Midspring Speedfling 2021! We will be running from the morning of Thursday, April 22 through the evening of Sunday, April 25, including overnights. We are partnering once again with VGM Con (this time as part of an online event), and will be assisting them in raising money for Sweet Relief (https://www.sweetrelief.org/), which helps musicians and music industry workers who are struggling to make ends meet, especially due to the pandemic's impact.

Submissions will be open until Sunday, Feburary 21, at 11:59pm, CST, and our schedule (along with a list of backup runs) will be revealed sometime in March.

Runs of all types, including races and co-op runs, will be considered. Submission videos should feature a full, completed run, under estimate, by the same person who is submitting. Including commentary in your submission video is strongly encouraged (a past marathon run is acceptable), but not required, though excluding commentary may impact your chances of being accepted, especially if we've never heard you commentate in one of our past events.
